The Transportation and Logistics Manager is responsible for translating business needs and priorities into logistics strategies and programs that drive growth, improve customer experience, reduce costs, and enhance safety. This role identifies and implements best practices in all aspects of logistics by building efficient truckloads based on product availability, maximizing load capacity through strong product knowledge and sales aptitude, scheduling drivers for outbound and inbound deliveries, and planning and adjusting routes as needed. Welder – Greenbush or Red Lake Falls – Welders are responsible for production and pre-assembly welding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; welding various parts needed to produce state-of-the-art products.  They weld using GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG) and GMAW-P (Pulse MIG) welds while meeting all quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines. Shipping Associate – Greenbush – Shipping Associates are responsible for ensuring that all trucks are successfully and efficiently loaded in an organized and safe manner. They stage and load finished parts and products onto trucks for delivery to dealers ensuring all products are protected from damage during shipping. Machine Shop Technician – Greenbush – Machine Shop Technicians are responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of equipment, including press brakes, punch presses, saws, lasers, and mills. Plastics Fabricator – Greenbush – Plastics Fabricators are responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing plastic components according to design specifications and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of plastic properties, and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality, durable products. Sub-Assembly Team Member – Greenbush – Sub-Assembly Team Members are responsible for putting together parts and kits used in the production of Central Boiler Companies state-of-the-art products while adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of components/parts and perform a quality check on completed items, manage parts inventory, use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce quality parts and products. Assembly Operator – Greenbush or Red Lake Falls – Assembly Operators work in a fast-paced manufacturing production line environment and are responsible for preparing, building, or installing parts/components for our state-of-the-art products. Graphic Designer – As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media that contributes to the overall success of our products and our dealers. This includes the entire process of gathering requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos and text.
