INSTALLATION
ASSEMBLY
- Side Trays – Insert into mounts and fasten with thumb screws
- Remove grate and deflector, flip lid over, install hinge rod through lid and hopper cover, install rod retainer
- Connect wiring harness
- Quick Assembly, less than 10 Minutes
START-UP
- Fill hopper with pellets
- Plug in grill
- Push Power Button - ON
- Push prime until pellets begin to fall into firepot
- Open lid, starts faster
- Close lid when fire starts to reach 150° quicker (igniter shuts off)
- Set Desired Temperature
- Check/Watch Actual Temp
- Cooking within 10 Minutes
SHUT-DOWN
- Push Power Button – OFF
- Fan continues to run to burn up pellets in firepot
- Fan shuts off when 110° is reached
- Eliminates smoke and mess
