INSTALLATION

ASSEMBLY

  • Side Trays – Insert into mounts and fasten with thumb screws
  • Remove grate and deflector, flip lid over, install hinge rod through lid and hopper cover, install rod retainer
  • Connect wiring harness
  • Quick Assembly, less than 10 Minutes

START-UP

  • Fill hopper with pellets
  • Plug in grill
  • Push Power Button - ON
  • Push prime until pellets begin to fall into firepot
  • Open lid, starts faster
  • Close lid when fire starts to reach 150° quicker (igniter shuts off)
  • Set Desired Temperature
  • Check/Watch Actual Temp
  • Cooking within 10 Minutes

SHUT-DOWN

  • Push Power Button – OFF
  • Fan continues to run to burn up pellets in firepot
  • Fan shuts off when 110° is reached
  • Eliminates smoke and mess

MAINTENANCE

  • Vacuum out firepot
  • Empty Grease Catch
